Spring 2024 Softball Registration

2024 Spring Registration is now CLOSED.

We thank everyone that has registered and look forward to another exciting season of softball.

Please watch your email for more information about the upcoming season, parent meeting, etc.

Eligibility: Any girl who resides in the Schuylkill Valley School District between the ages of 4 thru 12 years old (Child MUST be entering kindergarten in the Fall of 2024).

● 8U, 10U and 12U age group teams will be offered for the 2024 Spring season

When/Where:

● Online Registration – Will open on November 19th , 2023 at: www.SVGSA.net

Registration Fees/Deadline to Register:

● Between November 19th – December 31st, 2023 = $100 per child

● Between January 1st – January 15th, 2024 = $125 per child

● Volunteer fee - $100 PER family (Can be paid at time of registration. If not paid at time of registration, links will be sent out to families to have it paid prior to the mandatory parent meeting in February 2024)

Full fee will be reimbursed (no partial fees are issued) if the family meets at least FOUR of the following criteria:
- Help at the SVGSA Golf Tournament in April 2024 (counts as 2)
- Food or other donation towards SVGSA Golf Tournament (counts as 1)
- Volunteer in concession stand - dates TBD (counts as 2)
- Food/drink donation for concession stand (counts as 1)

● Fundraising - families are asked to participate in the mandatory lotto calendar fundraiser or opt out for $75 (more info will follow some time in February 2024)

** After Jan. 15th, 2024, please contact SVGSA to see space availability. Additional $25 late fee per child will apply if space is available. Please be advised SVGSA reserves the right to close registration before the Jan. 15th, 2024 deadline if rosters reach capacity**

** Registration fee INCLUDES uniform (personalized jersey, pants, and socks) **

A copy of each child’s birth certificate is required for ALL new girls who did not play for SVGSA prior to Fall 2021 season. If you are unsure if we have it on file, please send us an email.
